Returns 

We accept no returns of the service or product. The service has been provided after you had your initial call with the clinician at J.O.I.N. Health. You were provided with a free consultuation prior to the paid service as such no returns. 

As our courses are all e-learning communications we accept no request for returns as it will a full access product upon download. 

Refunds 

The circumstances under which refunds for the service of counselling and therapy will be considered need to be extenuating. Such, illness, death or natural disasters. If in case of power failure or internet outages no refunds will be provided though an exchange in the section below will be considered. 

Course, refunds will aslo not be provided unless extenuating circumstances exists. Exchanges 

For both the purchase of a service or education/training shifting of date, duration and location can be provided depending on the circumstance and availability of the opportunity, if not fee and costs will need to be forfeited by the customer. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include: 

Downloadable software products 

Completed Counselling Services unless cancelled 72hours before the scheduled date. 

Processing Time 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your documents of proof.. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
